A hearty salad and a “Purple Rain” matcha on the patio from Priscilla’s Pantry.
Mother’s Day brunch with the fam at Osteria Morini was *chef’s kiss!*
Handing over the keys to the home I sold in Basking Ridge and listing a historic home in Mendham.
Long morning walks around the Old Farm Rd loop.
One last hurrah at a girlfriend’s house with makeshift furniture before she moves.
Lots of BHS baseball cheering on the boys!

When a friend calls me to help the family sell their current home and move to their next chapter, my heart beams like a Care Bear! In all seriousness, it brings me so much joy to guide my clients to through the process of selling and buying, and this one was no exception.

We were able to negotiate a Use and Occupancy agreement so they could use the funds from their sale to buy their next home with a sale contingency. The real estate market here in NJ is still going strong, so to not only get a "U & O" for their sale while closing their purchase with a sale contingency was no easy feat - real estate sales isn't easy! But it's always worth it!!
