WHAT IF THE MARKET YOU’VE BEEN WAITING FOR IS ALREADY HERE? 👀🏡

If you’ve been telling yourself:

“I’ll buy a house when the market gets better.”

Maybe the market you’re waiting for is already here.

We’re in a market where buyers in many areas have something they haven’t had much of in recent years:

CHOICE.

You may have more homes to choose from.
You may have more time to think.
And you may have more room to negotiate.

That can mean opportunities like:
🏡 Negotiating the purchase price
💰 Asking for seller-paid closing costs
🔧 Negotiating repairs
📋 Having more favorable terms
