See earlier post. This is my leftovers that I get to take home from my no bread, low carb, El Jefa sandwich at True Texas BBQ in Bastrop.

I found this great option at True Texas BBQ at the H-E-B in Bastrop , Texas for a fast, low carb meal before grocery shopping. I ordered the El Jefa sandwich without the bread and sauce. It comes with a half pound of sliced turkey, one link of sausage and Ceasar Slaw for $12. The slaw had croutons but I took them off. There is also an El Jefe brisket sandwich that is a different pice.
This is really hitting the spot on a rainy Sunday afternoon and I will be taking some of this meal home with me.
