It’s funny how God will open doors you weren’t even looking for and suddenly you realize He’s been preparing you for the room on the other side.

So, I have some news… I’ve officially joined SERHANT.

If you’ve watched Owning Manhattan on Netflix, you’ve probably seen Ryan Serhant and gotten a glimpse into the SERHANT. brand. And while, yes, joining a company with that kind of name recognition, marketing, and reach is exciting, that isn’t what ultimately made this decision so important to me.

My business is changing.

The properties are getting bigger. The deals are becoming more complex. My clients are bringing me opportunities that reach beyond Central Texas and sometimes beyond Texas altogether. I’ve found myself sitting at tables and in conversations that I prayed for years ago.

And with every new level, I’ve realized I need to surround myself with people who challenge me to keep growing.

Joining SERHANT. gives me a national network of some of the top agents in the business, incredible marketing and exposure, and connections across markets that I can now bring directly to my clients.

More eyes on my listings. More relationships to put deals together. More opportunities for the people who trust me with their real estate.

But maybe the part I’m most grateful for is simply getting to be in rooms that make me want to level up.

I don’t know exactly where God is taking all of this yet. I just know I’m going to keep walking through the doors He opens.

I learned a lot of my first business lessons without ever sitting at a business table.

They came from growing up around ranch life, where you learn pretty quickly that things still have to get done when you’re tired, the weather doesn’t cooperate, something breaks, or the plan completely changes. You figure it out. You work. You keep going.

These days, the scenery looks a little different.

Sometimes it’s boots in the dirt walking land with a rancher. Other days, I’m sitting at a table talking development, utilities, infrastructure, commercial deals, and what a piece of land could become.

And somewhere along the way, I realized those two worlds aren’t as different as they look.

The grit that gets you through the hard days is the same grit that gets you into rooms you once never imagined being in. The willingness to learn, take a risk, get knocked down, adjust, and try again, it follows you.

I’m still building. Still learning. Still walking into rooms that challenge me. And I still have a long way to go.

But every once in a while, it’s worth looking back at just how much ground you’ve already covered.

You didn’t come this far to stay where you are. 🤎
