It is with regrets with this post that effective at midnight August 6th, 2023, my Veteran owned and operated business of All Angles Home Inspections, LLC will be closing.
Ive had a wonderful time through 4 years of unprecedented times helping those costumers who hired me, and I thank them all!
I have had the opportunity to give some wonderful people a home inspection showing them defects and deficiencies from “All Angles”, into their investments, and again, thank them for allowing and trusting in me to do just that!
To the realtors who knew the service their customers would receive by hiring me, I thank you!
Unfortunately, those unprecedented times which have included a pandemic, a fluctuating market, extra government funding which has allowed home owners to ask above cost, due to low interest rates, creating bidding wars, along with some realtors, now because of fewer homes for sale due to higher interest rates and a higher cost of living, still needing to make their percentage on the sale, pushing possible buyers seeking inspections in both scenarios, out of contention.
There are a lot of great home inspectors out there, like myself, that have struggled the last couple years in helping both buyer and seller in preparing them in what they needed to know about the properties, but because of said factors, which aren’t the only reasons, home inspections are an after thought, which is not only sad, but puzzling.
Hopefully the future brings laws to protect both buyers and sellers by requiring a home inspection to complete the sale on all homes, but until that point, people will pay more out of pocket, finding out what needed to be done after the fact.
Once again, it has been my pleasure providing the services I have for so many through the last 4 years!
Dont be afraid to be informed in your high cost purchases through ALL ANGLES…it’s truly is pennies on the dollar!

I'm BACK!
It's been a long 3 months, but after having reconstructive shoulder surgery this past mid December, I'm pleased to say recovery is progressing beyond expectations!
While I still have work ahead of me for a full and complete recovery, I'm in a great position to start helping those in need of a quality home inspection whether you're in the market of selling or buying a home.

Due to my need for rotator cuff surgery, I will be unavailable to complete any home inspections until further notice.

Are we reliving to what led to the 2008 housing market crash?
The similarities are pointing in that direction. Housing prices shoot through the roof, with speculative buyers flooding the market, leading to a demand exceeding supply, causing "bidding wars" amongst buyers without them knowing the "hidden" truths of what they're investing in.
Bidding wars that are putting prospective buyers in a position, either through fear of "missing out", or by being told to bypass certain "safe guards" such as a qualified Home Inspection.
This not only puts buyers in a position to spend more than the homes value, but most certainly will add to more cost in repairs that you shouldn't have the burden of taking on, and costs they may never regain through resale down the road.
In essence, buyers are saving a couple hundred up front to end up spending many thousands after. DON'T BE THAT PERSON!

Spring has sprung and after a difficult year of pandemic restrictions, our state is opening more on a daily basis.

As we Americans start a new chapter in our countries storied history, let's take a moment to thank our out going administration of President and First Lady Trump in what they've done for our country and send prayers and best wishes to our newly elected President and First Lady Biden and his administration. Bless them in that their leadership guides us to not only unify our people, but keep our county strong, free and forever the land we love! We will get through these "dark" days!
