Snow... the one thing Mother Nature gives us in Cincinnati that brings happiness one minute and then stress on your way to work in the morning. Have an empty room in your house? No problem. The couch, rug, and light fixture you see in the photo below are fake. In the digital age we live in, the predominate way of marketing your property for maximum exposure is on the internet. Empty rooms and blank walls may take away from the ambiance your home truly gives when someone isn't physically touring your home. Digital staging is something I include in my service when a property owner lists their home with me, taking away from the costly traditional staging services that not everyone has the ability to do. Has anyone ever showed up at your door offering to buy your property? I have a friend who knew of the exact property she just had to have, and in this circumstance that's exactly what I did. Sometimes in this day and age its a bit nerve-wracking just showing up to a random persons front door even with a contract in hand, but I want to go the extra mile to help anyone I work with. The Entrepreneurial mindset has always intrigued me, especially when you are flipping a house from thousands of miles away.
