So amidst the dust and clutter happening at all of our current projects, it makes us happy to see little changes of progress at our flip on Kingsbury Ave in Batavia. Some rooms got a fresh coat of paint and the up stairs master bathroom is framed up. We have an issue with are working out with a plumber so that’s a set back but it’s all part of the process!

We decided to keep the original woodwork in tack for this reno. Everything is a mess right now but the trim is 👌🏼. This door also leads to the bathroom which is a 100% gut job. It was super creepy and gross prior to demo and we are excited to see what it will transform into.

So here is the look above the ceiling from the last post. The OG bathroom will be renovated and we will add another bathroom here in the master to the blue tape lines (sort of hard to see in this first pic). The previous homeowner took out the wall that made 2 bedrooms to be one giant master bedroom. We are hoping to make better use of the space and making the house more marketable by adding a bathroom in for the master bedroom.
