If you’ve been sitting on the fence about buying your first home in 2027, here’s the truth.

What you do over the next few months could put keys in your hand by early next year.

Step one. Pull your credit and clean up any small dings.
Step two. Pay down revolving debts, even a little.
Step three. Start stacking a cushion. Even modest savings helps with down payment and closing costs. Keep your income steady… and big new debts on pause. Car loans, furniture financing, etc. A lender will look at all of that.

Start gathering the basics: pay stubs, W-2s, bank statements, so pre-approval’s smooth when you’re ready.

We had a great time this weekend celebrating and supporting a great man, Cameron Goodwin.

Cam was a great friend, a great man, and a great husband. It was amazing to see so many people come together to support his family, celebrate his life, and remember the kind of man he was.

You just can’t beat a small town. I don’t care what anyone says. When one of us need support, people show up. ❤️
