🎉🏡 45 HOMES SOLD AND COUNTING! 🏡🎉

Since January 1st, I’ve had the incredible privilege of helping my clients buy or sell 45 DIFFERENT PROPERTIES! 🔑❤️

That’s 45 properties, 45 clients and countless conversations, negotiations, showings, inspections, and moments worth celebrating!

Behind every transaction is a story. A family finding their forever home, a seller moving on to their next chapter, a first-time buyer getting their keys, or someone making a smart investment in their future.

To every single client who has trusted me with one of the biggest financial decisions of their life …THANK YOU! Your trust, referrals, and support mean more to me than you know. I truly couldn't do what I love without you!

And we're not done yet! There's still plenty of 2026 left, and I'm excited to see how many more families I can help before the year is over! 💜

Whether you're thinking about buying, selling, or just curious about what your property is worth, I'd love the opportunity to earn your business!
45 down… and the best is yet to come!

THREE more on the books for this week! Stay tuned for the happy news!

Who knows maybe I’m going to have a record year! 💜🥰🥳💜

I’m a little behind posting all of my closings but you all know I’ve been busy!!

Returning from Alaska on the Saturday before Labor Day, we hopped right back into working and had two closings for two past clients!

Jeremy —thank you for calling us again to help you purchase another lot at Lake Santee! It was a pleasure working with you again! Deanna Burkart: Real Estate Broker

Evan— you build one beautiful home at Lake Santee and I am so happy to have helped you get it sold! The new couple is going to love your custom work for years to come!

Two repeat clients - two properties at the Lake!
Thank you for trusting me!

I am happy to help you too! Always accepting new clients as well… and you know what Walt Disney says… “do what you do so well that they will want to do it again and bring their friends”
