Closing #3 & 4

My clients called me to sell their home that I sold them 2 years ago in Metamora and decided to buy an Amish farm in Vevay. I am thank ful they trusted me to get the job done.

This transaction had lots of ups and downs, from the seller having a near fatal accident to pushing back closing for buyers that were also on a tight timeline, to contractor estimates for loan approval to insurance coverage concerns and everything in between... but we made it to the closing table and I could not be more proud!

I wany to give a shout out to my awesome clients for being patient, Brad Baldwin @ Rider Realty for working through all the hiccups on both of our ends, Indiana Land Title for their quick turnaround on closing both properties and last but most importantly David Back Financial Bank for doing everything in his power to make this happen!

What a busy week in real estate!
