Tenants at Dripping Springs Manor located in Pangburn, Arkansas was treated to "Walking Tacos" earlier this month. This was curtesy of Sharen DeWitt with Hospice Home Care in Searcy, Arkansas.

Dripping Springs Manor also received a new Housing Manager earlier this summer, Kelly Wade. Kelly and Sharen came together to make this lunch happen for the tenants, and Housing couldn't be more grateful to the two of them. Thanks, Ladies!

Spring Creek Manor tenants were able to enjoy some walking tacos yesterday curtesy of Sharen DeWhitt with Hospice Home Care out of Searcy.

Those that weren't able to show up, had food passed out to them by Sharen and her awesome volunteer.

Tenants all agreed, the food was delicious!

White River Area Agency on Aging is the managing agent for 12 HUD low-income senior housing developments in 5 counties in our service area.
We currently have available units for Williams Manor in Bradford, and John Davis Manor in Patterson.
Applicants must be 62 years of age or older and meet certain income guidelines. If qualified, residents will pay 30% of their adjusted gross monthly income for rent.

Other available features include:
Walk-in showers
Tubs with shower and vanity
Wheelchair Accessibility
Vision and Hearing-impaired accessible apartments
Separate heating and cooling system for each apartment
Pet policy
Community Room in the office building
Building and Grounds Maintenance
