📣Yesterday was a BIG DAY for our Company! 📣

Yesterday was the ONE YEAR ANNIVERSARY of our Chief Marketing Officer – Tara Landry ! 🎉🎉

BUT THAT’S NOT ALL…

Alignment is very important to our team. We believe that when people within organizations align in their missions, vision, values, beliefs and perspectives, that ANY DESTINATION is possible!

If you are familiar with any of our Organizations, you know that FOSTER CARE is at the Heart of Our Mission.

This was Serendipitous for Tara when she was hired with us a year ago. This was at the core of her heart as well!

It’s no coincidence that on her ONE YEAR ANNIVERSARY, Tara was also sworn in by a Judge as a CASA for our Baton Rouge Foster Care System! As a CASA Tara will be THE CHILD ADVOCATE! The demand for CASA’s is Great, and Tara chose to take action in alignment with her mission, vision, and values, and because of her action and heart, she is going to truly make a difference not only in this kids’ present but future, as well as the present and future state of the entire Foster Care System.

We could not be prouder to have aligned paths with Tara, and we celebrate her today! Her Courage, Her Commitment, and Her Heart!

Celebrating Allison who CAPPED TODAY!! After an agent ”caps” that means they get ALL MONEY from sales for rest of the year!

In March, Allison almost quit her real estate business. But with grit, resilience and a lot of tears, she persevered… and today we CELEBRATE!

Since she started real estate 2 years ago, her goal was to hit 6 figures and today we can say she has!

Allison shows up for herself and her business daily, even when she has doubts. And she is about to fulfill her ultimate goal— living in France for 3 months!

Happy Bosses Day to the WORLD'S BEST BOSS! (We know, we're a few days late but he's tough to pin down!)

His gift is a great representation of who he is and why we love and appreciate his leadership.

This letter was written to his grandmother in 1955 from a consignment store owner who let her buy a trailer with no money down and no interest. He sold it to her on a leap of faith because of who she was. His grandmother was a charismatic, natural entrepreneur who was homeless at the time. She paid her debt on time and when the term of the deal was complete, he sent this letter.

Wyatt's mission is a continuation of what this man did for his grandmother.

Wyatt is more to us than a boss. He is a leader. We follow him because of the values he upholds in and out of the office, the environment he creates through intentionality, and his genuine compassion of our wellbeing.

We believe that we are the luckiest "employees" on the planet because of this world we GET to live it, and it's because of who Wyatt Graves is.
