One of my favorite closings to date- my little sister and brother-in-law closed on their first home 🏠🔑

New construction with quartz upgrades 😍 I am so proud of them and ecstatic that I was be able to be apart of the process. As sisters, we have a ton of similarities but also many differences in our personalities, with that being said- she knew she could give me the list of their must haves and deal breakers and I’d be able to help them find their perfect fit and pick out the finishings with them!

Having a great lender is crucial when purchasing a new home! I know I can always count on Phelps McKey - Assurance Financial Loan Officer when I am working with a client who’s using him to finance their mortgage. A lender who will answer your questions, help you feel confident about your purchase and be open and upfront about your needs and what’s realistic makes such a difference on how the transaction goes for the Buyer. A New Year brings new entertainment provided by yours truly, figuring out how to make it unconventionally work as I go 💥
Evening showings in the dark… who needs a ladder and a flashlight to checkout the roof when you got a phone and a lift kit❓ Probably myself next time; however, we saw enough for them to feel confident submitting an offer right after!
