👀 Think your A/C condenser coils look clean? Think again.

These photos are a perfect example of why a quick glance isn't enough. At first glance, the condenser coils may appear to be clean, but a closer inspection with a flashlight reveals heavy dirt, dust, and debris packed deep within the fins.
Dirty condenser coils can:

✅ Reduce cooling efficiency

How to clean condenser coils:

• Turn off power to the outdoor unit.

🚨 Unacceptable New Construction Finding 🚨
On a $200K+ newly built home, major issue identified:
Plywood roof decking was not properly installed over the rafters, leaving sections unsupported.
This is not a minor defect — this is a serious structural concern. Roof decking must be fully supported and securely fastened to the framing system to ensure proper strength and durability. When it’s not, it can lead to:
• Roof sagging
• Reduced structural integrity
• Increased risk of failure over time
💡 Bottom line: New construction does NOT mean defect-free.
