My last closing of the year, and I must say the most rewarding one. I’m so grateful that I was able to help Mr. Jones be in his home right before the Christmas Holiday🎄. Committed is the best word to describe this entire process. Mr. Jones told me from the beginning and through his process that he knew I was going to find the right house. He believed in me and trusted me to do so. When he saw his house he said Teralyn, this it. We put an offer and it wasn’t accepted. Then two weeks later I was informed that the house was about to go back on the market. After speaking with listing agent and negotiations, our offer was accepted🙌🏾 But how many of you know that there is always going to be a test before the testimony. Thank you God for your faithfulness and your promises to always give us the desires of our heart. I’m sooooo very proud of Mr Jones, he understood the value of owning his own home and even when we faced a few challenges, his perspective was that he believed God was going to work it out.
