🏡 TWO CLOSINGS. ONE BIG MOVE. MISSION ACCOMPLISHED. 🔑🔑

Today was a BIG day for our client, Seth Gomez — we didn’t close on just one home… we closed TWO. 🎉

When Seth and I first sat down, I told him that selling his current home while simultaneously getting under contract on his next home wasn’t going to be an easy task. There were a lot of moving pieces, and his transaction was connected to multiple other families who needed us to sell AND buy in order for their own closings to happen.

But I looked Seth in the eye and told him one thing:

We were going to do everything humanly possible to make it happen.

And when I say we made it happen… THAT’S EXACTLY WHAT WE DID. 🙌🏾

Today, Seth officially sold his current home AND purchased his new home!

And the best part? He knew exactly what he wanted next:

This journey came with a few unexpected twists. We went under contract more than once, but each time, underlying issues with the homes made it clear they weren’t the right fit. Instead of settling, they stayed patient, trusted the process, and it all led them exactly where they were meant to be.
Now they’re officially homeowners and ready to start this exciting new chapter in a home they can truly call their own.

🔍 Had to pull out the magnifying glass to VERIFY Chyna’s very first closing check… and yep, it’s OFFICIAL! 🎉🎉 Welcome to the Realtor life! 🤣🥂

Some things will always bring us joy, and today it’s celebrating Chyna Williams on her very first closing! 🎉

Chyna came to SWA as a brand-new agent and, while being dual career, she’s proving that it is possible to work a full-time job (typically 7–3 🤣) while still serving clients at the highest level.

From day one, Chyna jumped on the phones, sent the texts, made the calls, and trusted the process. Through her consistency, she connected with what is now her very first buyer to close! 🏡🔑
