One of the smoothest transactions to date, but definitely one of the most emotional for myself and my clients. In real estate it is not uncommon for Sellers to be emotionally tied to their first home or long time home. This, however, was my late friend’s first home, when it came time to sell, I was truly honored that his parents trusted me to guide them through the prep and listing. This sale marks a true end to 20 years of friendship, laughs, coffee runs and impromptu road trips. Looking forward, it is a fresh start for a young couple just starting out, couldn’t be in better hands. Here’s to New Beginnings!

This office and its people are not just some of the top in the Real Estate World in Nola, but they do so much as an office for the surrounding community and support each other with their endless knowledge, experience and technology.

So proud to be a part of a Brokerage that provides seamless integration between our two offices - now in Baton Rouge. Convenience is key, as I was able to pop in our office after a Nola Saturday family day and get the final docs on one of my pending listings into the closing lane.

It didn’t hurt that I had a view and tunes from the live band across the street on the neutral ground. ✌🏼

Work Pham Friday! Such an awesome organization and rewarding experience today spent w some great people! We will definitely be back, I was amazed at the facility and the fact that everything from start to finish ran like a well-oiled machine! is an amazing organization in Nola that provides food and meals to so many. With the upcoming government budget cuts they are going to take a hit. Consider donating your time or money to this very important non-profit organization. It was a privilege and honor to serve today, THANK YOU!
