Wendy Berry at Century 21 Investment Realty I am a native of Baton Rouge, graduating from Tara High School and then attending Louisiana Tech. From here I decided to pursue real estate.

I immediately went to work in a management position in retail where I learned a great deal about competition and communication. This became my life profession. I began at a boutique company, took over training, and became a manager/broker. I went to several other companies before becoming a founding agent of one of the largest companies in Baton Rouge. I then started a new company with a fellow ag

ent and grew it into a professional and well-respected agency eventually buying my partner out. After ten years I was given the opportunity to sell my company and merge it with CENTURY 21 Investment Realty. This company has the same qualities and values I founded my company on and hope to make it my forever company. With almost 30 years of practicing as a REALTOR I have served on many committees and as well as a director on the Board of Realtors for the Greater Baton Rouge Association of Realtors and continue to serve wherever needed. I am a past President of both the Baton Rouge and the Louisiana chapters of the Women Council of Realtors. I am consistently a multi-million-dollar producer.
