Well that went quick! The Capital Heights house is already under contract!

Here are some pics from before construction started compared to the listing pics. Watching the kitchen and vision for the master bedroom/flex space come together was the best part of this project.

The 3rd project is underway, and we are pumped for this one! Located in the heart of Capital Heights, this house is getting a modern update. It’s taking some vision, but we are excited how everything is coming together!

The best part of the process is watching the progression. At the Celia house, we knocked out a couple walls, filled in the pool and made some much needed updates throughout the house!
