We are excited to announce the winners of the contest! It was difficult for us to choose winners because every entry we received was a beautiful insight into the lives of our residents and why they love where they live. We are so grateful to everyone who participated in this contest and enjoyed getting to see your entries.
Although we had planned for only two winners, we are announcing three! The winners are:
🥇 1st Place:
Nyria and her son love living at for many reasons: Nyria gets to make friends at the fitness center while reaching her fitness goals and can get some work done by the pool while her son plays outside with his dad or other kids in the community. Their dog also has plenty of room to run around in Cortland Duluth's bark park!
🥈 2nd Place: and
Joe moved into when his "pretirement" phase called for downsizing from a house to an apartment that leaves behind the costs of home ownership in exchange for more amenities, attentive leasing and service teams, and walkability. On top of the on-site amenities like the fitness center, pool and heated spa, and resident clubhouse, he loves walking along the river to nearby cafes and dinner spots.
shared how helped her following being displaced from her home of 19 years after it was flooded by a burst pipe. Her new apartment, the monthly events, regular fitness classes, and helpful on-site team have turned a tragic situation into an exciting new chapter with new friends, beautiful views, and a team that is there for whatever she needs.
