Due to yesterday’s bad weather the phone and internet in the office is out of service. If needed you may send messages through Facebook and I will respond as soon as possible.

Due to Hurricane Ida the clubhouse will be closed Sunday August 29th.

Starting May 1, 2021 the clubhouse and its amenities will return to regular operating hours. Monday -Friday 9 AM - 9 PM. Saturday & Sunday 11 AM - 9 PM. Gym will be accessible 24 hours.

10/09/2020

Due to Hurricane Delta the clubhouse will close at 2 PM today. Clubhouse will re-open 10/10/2020 at 11 AM.

10/05/2020

The gym is now open after repairs. The temporary hours will be the same as the rest of the clubhouse. Monday-Friday 9-5. Saturday & Sunday 11-7.

The pool will re-open Friday September 19th. Please see following guidelines.

Temporary Clubhouse & Pool Rules
Hours:
9AM – 5PM Monday - Friday & 11AM – 7PM Weekends

1. 30 people allowed in pool area at a time.
2. Mask/Face Coverings required inside the building.
3. Residents only. NO guests.
4. Everyone is required to sign in.
5. Proper social distancing is required.
6. DO NOT put any furniture in the pool that already isn’t already in the pool.

These rules are put in place for the safety and enjoyment of everyone in mind. If rules aren’t being followed pool will be closed until further notice.

All previous rules still apply.

Due to a plumbing issue the gym flooded and will be temporarily closed.

The Clubhouse will re-open Monday, May 18. The fitness room, theatre, game room and lobby will be open Monday - Friday 9 AM to 5 PM. The pool area will remain closed as remodel construction will begin shortly. Please follow all guidelines set by government and CDC officials while utilizing property amenities.

Effectively immediately, all Lake Beau Pre clubhouse facilities will be closed in accordance with the March 16th COVID-19 proclamation from the Governor. This includes the pool, fitness room, game room, theater, and lobby area.
