I absolutely love helping my clients WIN!!

I met my sellers in 2018 when Victor & Vanessa moved back to Baton Rouge from New Mexico. Victor originally from Louisiana was in New Mexico for a while due to his military service. But when we met I helped them to rent a home. Two years (2020) later they wanted to buy a home but they wanted a very custom home that would also net them good money 💰if they decided to move again.

I went to WORK and found them a jewell of a home. 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, workout room and over 3,443 sq ft of living space. They purchased it at $405K and the listing agent was a good fair agent Shane Hernandez.

I listed the house in Feb 2024 for $450K. And today we closed and sold for the FULL ASKING PRICE OF $450K.

Big thanks to Marlin Glenn for being an excellent buyers agent and Lawanda Jackson for handling the buyers financing so spectacularly! (We closed 3 days early).
