SPEAKER SPOTLIGHT:
Dr. Lawrence Yun is the Chief Economist for the National Association of REALTORS®, and oversees NAR's research and forecasting, including Existing Home Sales, the Affordability Index, and the Home Buyers and Sellers Profile. A nationally recognized economist, he regularly provides insight on real estate market trends, serves on leading economic forecasting panels, appears on major financial news outlets, and frequently speaks at real estate conferences across the country. In 2025, The Wall Street Journal recognized him for one of the most accurate economic forecasts of 2024. Dr. Yun earned his undergraduate degree from Purdue University and his Ph.D. from the University of Maryland, College Park.

Dr. Yun will be providing a Residential Economic Update at the 2026 Fall Governance Meetings.
