Yesterday, the Federal Reserve ENDED federal funds interest rate hikes!!! 🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽

Though the pause on federal funds hikes don’t determine the interest rates we receive for mortgage loans, those rates do tend to track alongside the federal funds rate.

Also, I have to mention that the Feds signaled THREE RATE CUTS in 2024 … Election season is upon us folks! 🤭
