Two days. TWO DAYS I went back and forth with an underwriter over my buyer's taxes reflecting a homestead exemption. 😤💪

Let me tell you something. I did not get 23+ years in this business by sitting quiet when I know I am right. This underwriter tried it, and I mean TRIED it, but I know the guidelines inside and out and I was not backing down. My client's file was correct. My client's taxes were correct. And my client was NOT about to be delayed or denied because someone did not want to do their homework.

So I pulled out every guideline, every reg, every piece of documentation needed and I stood on it for TWO. FULL. DAYS. Because that is what you get when you work with me. You get someone who will go to war for your loan like it is my own.

And guess what? We are now PENDING CLEAR TO CLOSE! 🎉 Still a little heated about it if I am honest, but I will take heated and victorious any day. 😂
