SOLD | 17285 Summerfield South Road | 200 Acres
Not every transaction is straightforward, and this one certainly tested us along the way. I am honored to have been able to represent both the Buyer and Sellers in the sale of this 200-acre tract on Summerfield South Road in Ascension Parish.
From a property that had never been surveyed in its entirety, to encroachments and improperly laid roadbeds, there were numerous obstacles that required patience, problem-solving, and teamwork to overcome.
