The space that formerly housed Serops Cafe on Corporate Boulevard has a new tenant, and Maestri-Murrell was proud to do the leasing on the deal. Benjamin Stalter and Drew Gonzales leased the space to award-winning Asian fusion restaurant Dumpling Hour. Thank you to Sophie Zhao who represented Dumpling Hour.

Jersey Mike’s is now open at The Settlement on Shoe Creek at 14375 Grand Settlement Blvd in Central.
