Why Real Estate in Baton Rouge?
Hi all,
Firstly, I love this state! I could never leave! The history, the food, and the culture all make Louisiana a great place to call home. I was born and raised in Shreveport but attended college here at LSU. I have friends and family all over the US but the majority are based here in southern Louisiana. That is my big why, to be closer to friends and family! Next, is why real estate? After college I got a part time job valeting cars for private events. I did my best to take care of both people and their vehicles. My hard work was rewarded when I ended up managing the operations and handling the parking logistics for many events. These events ranged from intimate dinner parties to the biggest balls in town. After doing that for several years I decided to risk it all and start my own valet parking company. It started very slowly, but by doing the right thing and helping people to the best of our ability, it has grown. Today, on average, we park several hundred cars a week. How did this lead me into real estate? A career in real estate affords me the opportunity to simultaneously grow my career into whatever I would like it to be, while at the same time helping people with one of the biggest decisions of their life. The white glove customer service approach I offer mixed with the real estate training, support, and structure of Keller Williams is a true win-win.
