• Monitors building security & acts as a liaison with property management to address maintenance requests.

Daily services include:
• Booking amenities
• Managing parking
• Arranging dry cleaning & prescription deliveries

Tracy also conducts tours for prospective residents, reminds current residents about community events. Daily inspections of the building’s facilities guarantee that everything remains in excellent condition.
