About 13 years ago when I was working as an acct. executive at Greater Baton Rouge Business Report, I sold the first CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) cooperative ad in the Annual Real Estate Report. Since then, I have admired agents that held this sought-after designation. About a year after being a licensed realtor, I pursued the CRS designation myself and immediately joined the state leadership team. I’m currently serving as Residential Real Estate Council’s LA finance chair with plans to be state president in 2024.
