Back in May I had a client who came to me not sure buying was even possible for them right now. We started out looking at rentals, but the options were slim. I connected them with a lender and they were approved to purchase!!
That opened up more options but the road was still bumpy and the houses were still slim. The rental they were in got listed for sale, so we had to scramble and find them a new place to stay in the interim. Then we found a home they loved, got an accepted offer . . . and it turned out to be a short sale. Two months of waiting on slow moving banks and wondering if it would even close. . . we had to pivot again!
Through all of that back and forth of rent, buy, rent again, approved, under contract, short sale . . . they never gave up. And now they're under contract on a gorgeous home with a layout that finally has room for everyone. And I could not be more excited for them!
