I have been a full-time real estate agent/Realtor since 2002 with Coldwell Banker ONE (name changed from Saurage Realtors as the result of a merger in 2007). Over my career, I have brokered over 700 real estate transactions totaling over $150,000,000 in sales volume. In addition to client representation, I have over 15 years of experience in personal real estate investing. This includes ownership in rental properties (residential, multi-family, commercial), land development and property flipping projects. For the past 10 years I have consulted a barge company on their river frontage leasing and land acquisitions. I was elected the first two years and have been on it based on sales volume ranking since 2009. I have served on multiple committees at the Greater Baton Rouge Association of Realtors and as an advisory committee member for a community bank and St. George Catholic School.
