ng his family to Louisiana, Brad worked for Vintage Realty in Shreveport. Once arriving in Baton Rouge, Brad managed a large portfolio for Peek/Howe Real Estate from 2000 - 2005 and then spent eight years as a Commercial Agent with NAI/Latter & Blum and Mike Falgoust & Associates. In an effort to expand his knowledge of real estate, Brad moved to Keller Williams Red Stick partners to learn how to work in residential. Hard or Soft Pull!?! Hey friends, I want to quickly clear up a common question I get from buyers just starting their home search: What’s the difference between a soft credit pull and a hard credit pull—and why does it matter?

When you’re in the early stages of talking to a lender, a soft pull is a great first step. It gives your lender a snapshot of your credit without impacting your score. That means no dings, no worries—just good info to help you understand what you qualify for.
