Once arriving in Baton Rouge, Brad managed a large portfolio for Peek/Howe Real Estate from 2000 - 2005 and then spent eight years as a Commercial Agent with NAI/Latter & Blum and Mike Falgoust & Associates. In an effort to expand his knowledge of real estate, Brad moved to Keller Williams Red Stick partners to learn how to work in residential. Way has worked with investors to purchase investment properties for different partnerships, has served on the boards of the IFMA, CID and the Home Builders Sales and Marketing Council Along with earning his CCIM in 2007, Brad is currently an active memberof the Foundation for Historical Louisiana board.
