We're excited to share that several improvements are coming to Retreat at Brightside, and we think you're going to love them!
🏋️ Gym Renovation
Our fitness center is getting a major upgrade with new equipment, fresh paint, and an all-new look and feel.
To complete the renovations, the gym will be closed beginning Friday, August 14th, and is scheduled to reopen on Wednesday, August 26th.
We know it's never fun to lose access to an amenity, but trust us... it will be worth the wait!

🐾 A New Gated Pet Park
You asked, and we listened! We're adding a gated pet park where your four-legged family members can run, play, and burn off some energy.
🚌 Shaded Bus Stop
Construction has already started on our new bus stop area! Soon you'll have a comfortable place with shade and seating while you wait for convenient transportation to LSU.
🧺 Laundry Lounge Refresh
Our laundry room is getting a complete facelift! We're transforming it into a Laundry Lounge with updated seating and comfortable work areas, so whether you're waiting on a load to finish or just looking for a different place to relax or get a little work done, you'll have a welcoming space to enjoy.
We're excited to continue investing in the community and appreciate your patience while these improvements are underway. We can't wait to share the finished results with you!
