Disney has been part of my life since I was a kid, and I still go back as an adult. This summer I spent the Fourth of July at Disney World with my brother and my nieces and nephew, then made it to Disneyland in August.

This is one of the things I love most about New Orleans real estate. You’re not simply choosing a house. You’re choosing the lifestyle that comes with the neighborhood.

For clients relocating to New Orleans, the area surrounding Magazine Street is often high on the list, especially for those looking for beautiful architecture, walkability, green space, dining, shopping, and easy access to Uptown favorites like Audubon Park.

If you're relocating to New Orleans, insurance and flood zone status should be part of your first conversation about a house...not something you find out at closing. I always tell clients to ask about flood zone designation, elevation certificate status, and to get an insurance quote before writing an offer.
