A message from Kris:

We are aware of recent social media posts containing false and misleading claims regarding our business and personal matters, and we want to provide some clarification.

These statements arise from a long-standing and contentious divorce and custody dispute. As of January 2026, I was granted full custody of my daughter following an emergency hearing where serious safety concerns were raised during the legal process. Since that time, the other party has made a number of unfounded allegations online, including references to a “criminal investigation.” To be clear, there is no criminal investigation. We have been in contact with legal counsel and local authorities and are actively pursuing appropriate legal remedies.

Given my long career in law enforcement and over 25 years as a landlord in this community, I have had many professional interactions that do not always result in favorable outcomes for others. It is possible that some individuals have contributed to or amplified these claims; however, they remain unsubstantiated.

Please be assured that our business operations remain stable. Your leases are secure, and we are fully committed to continuing to provide safe, clean, and reliable housing.
