😡Today I reported a fraudulent rental listing on one of my listings. The problem is it won’t stop them from scamming someone out of money at some point.

✔️If you are looking for a place to rent, here are some helpful tips:

🛻Drive by the property and see if there is a for sale sign in the yard.

📞Call a realtor, (me), who can check to see if it is for rent or for sale. They can also tell you the name of the true owner of the property.

💲Just know most landlords will have you make application and pay a small fee in order to qualify. It is a process but they all do it. They will not ask you to send them money because "they are on vacation" or other lame excuses I have heard.

🏠I know the rental market is tough out there. Please be careful and protect your hard earned money.
