🚨 SPOILER ALERT: YOU DON’T! 🚨

Depending on your qualifications and loan program, you could potentially buy with:

🏡 3% down – Some conventional loans

🏡 3.5% down – FHA loans

🏡 0% down – VA or USDA loans for eligible buyers and properties

And YES, there are down payment assistance programs that may help too! 🙌
