Make sure to schedule as soon as you are under contract! Our schedule fills up fast and you don't want to wait to get a inspection at the end of your 10 day inspection period. Or even worse have to hire a different inspector other than Advance Building Inspections!

We provide comprehensive inspection reports that include photos! Our reports are typically 25 pages in length.

We are excited to announce that after many years of service as the owner/operator of Advance Building Inspections, Don Knowles Jr. is retiring and taking on a new role as our office manager/scheduler. Don's expertise will continue to be an asset to our team in his new capacity.
