Xanadu offers a comfortable, quiet, and unique getaway just outside of Battle Lake. You're practically on an island with water all around. The lake is beautiful with great fishing. The town of Battle Lake offers excellent dining options, art, shopping and several events throughout the season. I've recommended many people stay at Xanadu and they've always had a great time.

It’s officially s’mores season at The Hideaway
🔥✨
As the evenings get a little cooler and we start dreaming of crisp fall nights, there’s nothing better than gathering around the campfire, roasting marshmallows, and making memories under the stars.
🤎
A little chocolate, a little melted marshmallow, and a whole lot of island magic. Who’s ready for cozy nights at The Hideaway?

The journey is part of the magic. Drive down the winding dirt road, beneath a canopy of towering trees, and onto the peninsula where the pace slows and nature takes over.

Some cabins just make you want to stay a little longer. 🌿
The Cozy Cabin is one of them. With its screened-in porch, classic screen door, and open layout, it's the kind of place where mornings start slowly, afternoons are spent with the windows open, and evenings end with a game of cards after a day on the lake.
🌿
Perfect for a couple or a family with two kids, the Cozy Cabin sleeps up to four and has everything you need for a simple, comfortable stay at The Hideaway.

August evenings just hit differently.
🔥
As the sun sets a little earlier, everyone seems to find their way to the fire pit. S'mores, stories, laughter, and one more hour outside before calling it a night.
🔥
Some of the best memories at The Hideaway are made right here.
