Dan Ness, Realtor - Century 21 Atwood Dan comes to Century 21 Atwood as a lifelong resident of Otter Tail County. Upon graduating from Ashby High School, he began pursuing a career in construction.

He was owner/operator of Ness Backhoe Service for over 20 years and currently owns Ness Express doing septic inspections and consulting; working mainly in Grant, Douglas and Otter Tail counties. Throughout his years in construction, he gained extensive knowledge dealing with all local and state rules and regulations including lakeshore ordinances as well as septic and well issues. He is a Certified Septic Professional, a Restricted Master Plumber and also carries a Boiler License. Dan has always enjoyed working with the land, housing and buildings of all kinds. He enjoys every opportunity given to work with people; listening to their wants/needs and providing them with good customer service and satisfaction in the work he does for them. The relationships he has built over the years as a business owner, along with knowledge of the lakes area, are great attributes to his success. He has always believed in providing prompt, honest service and plans to carry that into his new career as a realtor for Century 21 Atwood.
