This is so wild yall, its never been this slow, and I mean slow where im having to send employees home because there just isn't any real foot traffic.
Ive been watching these other business's experience the same thing is really disheartening, and especially the BBQ joints that already struggle enough to keep the prices affordable but can't. If im only being honest we're not making anything on Brisket period, after everything is said and done, it barely breaking even.
Here lately ive been having to go back to hustling dips in the parking lots again just to help the business and don't get me wrong, I really do love it because I get to reconnect with people on a more intimate level, and that keeps me grounded.
We strive to keep our foods consistent and tasting great for you including the Brisket, but when the Brisket is gone, it feels like the customers are too.
Try the pork and pork steaks, try the chicken, try the turkey. Its all phenomenal and treated with the same love and care as the Brisket I assure you!
