I have to say this one was truly a special one. The moment I stepped into this home, it embodied love and warmth. It wasn’t just me that felt it…everyone did!

I take every transaction to heart. There’s so much emotion that goes into selling a home, especially one that holds so many memories. I am beyond grateful to have been a small part in the sellers next chapter and also so excited for the family that will be creating even more memories for years to come in their new home.

We are incredibly proud to congratulate our very own Justis Heppner - Realtor on becoming the 2026–2027 President of the Bay County Realtor Association!

This isn’t a role Justis stepped into overnight. She has spent about a decade serving on BCRA committees, including Forms and currently MLS Tech. She then served three years as a Director, followed by being elected Treasurer, President-Elect, and now President — marking her sixth year serving on the BCRA Board.
And if you’ve ever had the opportunity to work with Justis, you already know she is GOOD at what she does. She’s knowledgeable, driven, organized, and someone you can count on to get things done. She brings that same dedication to our office, her clients, and the real estate community.
We are extraordinarily proud to have Justis on our Bay City team and so excited to watch her step into this well-earned leadership role.
