I think one of the biggest mistakes buyers make today is counting themselves out before they really understand what’s possible.

A consistent question from buyers, especially those looking for more space is this: which is better, new construction or resale?

Honestly, there’s no wrong answer. It really comes down to the kind of lifestyle you’re after and how much you want to make the place your own from day one.

🔨 Newer builds are the move if you want lower maintenance, better energy efficiency, and something you can settle into without lifting a finger.

🏡 Resale tends to win on established neighborhoods, character, and usually a better location for the price.
