A break-in at the Genco Properties LLC warehouse at 114 N Jackson has resulted in significant vandalism to vehicles and interior spaces. The company is offering a $1000 reward for information that leads to the identification, arrest, and conviction of those responsible.

Thanks for the great work parking on the building side of the street yesterday. The city was able to clear the planetarium side of the street. Today is an even day and we ask you to park on the planetarium side of the side so the city can clear in front of the building. Thanks for the efforts

The building will have the water shutoff beginning at 9 AM tomorrow to replace a back flow valve. The water should be back on within an hour. Please adjust accordingly. Sorry for the inconvenience.

The City of Bay City has a winter ordinance. Please park on the building side on odd days of the month and even days on the Planetarium side of the street. This will allow the city to clear the streets. The city WILL issue tickets and may tow your car if you do not follow this ordinance
