*Here are some ways to locate them:
"For Sale By Owner" yard signs
If you see an ad on Craigslist, online sites, Facebook Marketplace, in the newspaper, smart shopper, or on the MLS.
If you notice properties that clearly look vacant, abandoned, or distressed (sure sign these days would be high grass)
If you know of someone wanting to sell their house, if you hear town gossip of divorce, estate sales, etc.
Know of someone unable to pay their mortgage even if they owe more on their house than it is worth... we have a solution
I assure you this will be one of the easiest and most lucrative phone call, email, or message you will ever make!
The more info you can supply, the better but in some cases (vacant ones) I know that only an address is available. Otherwise simply jot down the address and phone number and I will take it from there.
