We would like to try resolving the issues with overload parking and non-residents in the pool. Manor house has ordered ALL residents PARKING AND POOL Passes. We would like all residents to understand that any vehicle parked without a parking pass after August 15, 2016, WILL BE TOWED. Each apartment is allowed 2 parking passes, and 1 pool pass, therefore all visitors will need to park in the back. We will be posting the property with signs to also keep down the “tourist” parking. We would like all tenants to stop by the office at Manor or Pelican Pointe to retrieve and sign for your parking and pool pass by 8-15-16. We appreciate your cooperation in advance with this matter.
