Meet James, one of our Leasing Professionals at Shoregate!
James Volino joined the Shoregate team as a Leasing Professional, bringing with him a passion for real estate, customer service, and helping people find a place they are proud to call home. Having worked with Greystar communities across Long Island since 2023, James was drawn to property management as the perfect way to combine his interest in real estate with his ability to connect with people. He especially appreciates Shoregate’s close proximity to Main Street, offering residents easy access to dining, nightlife, beaches, and the vibrant Bay Shore lifestyle.
Outside of work, James enjoys stand-up comedy and entertainment, often performing comedy in his free time. One of his favorite amenities at Shoregate is the golf simulator, which allows residents to practice their game year-round regardless of the weather. He believes Shoregate’s strong sense of community comes from the combination of thoughtful residents, a dedicated onsite team, and the welcoming atmosphere that makes the property feel like home.
