Lake Home Inspections is a family-owned and operated business in Northeast Ohio run by Gary and Terri Haley.

Gary is our inspector and will be on-location at your home. Terri books appointments, assists in writing reports, and other clerical tasks.

Gary has been self-employed in the building trades for over 40 years. He started by doing remodeling and later was building homes from scratch. While managing a team of contractors, he would complete tasks such as foundation, house framing, electrical, plumb

ing, drywall, roofing, and siding. In more recent years, Gary has been remodeling kitchens, bathrooms, and basements, completing all aspects of the work. He has worked many years on the east coast, west coast, and over a decade in Ohio, so he understands all different types of home construction.
