I have been a full-time licensed Realtor since I graduated from Ohio State University in March of 1982. We moved from an apartment in Westlake to our first home in Bay Village in 1985. I have lived and worked in Bay Village for 35 years. All four of our daughters live in town and two are married, one engaged...we now have three grandchildren. My office is five minutes from my house. I go home for

lunch almost every day. While I have conducted business all over Cleveland, I focus my attention on Bay Village, Westlake, Rocky River, North Olmsted, Olmsted Falls and Olmsted Township, Strongsville, Brecksville, Avon, Avon Lake and North Ridgeville. My sales volume over the past 10 years has been between ten and sixteen million dollars. I average about 50 transactions per year and have an average transaction value of about $320,000. My approach to my business has evolved and expanded over the years and so, in May of 2011, my daughter Jesse joined me in the real estate business as my associate. Working together out of our Bay Village office, we plan to continue to grow our business for years to come. I do not participate in any profit sharing arrangements with either banks or title companies. My loyalties to these businesses is based on performance and results not supplemental income

Business Focus:
The majority of my work is concentrated on the west side of Cleveland. I have experience in communities from West Park to Lorain and from the Lake Erie shore to Medina. I average about 40 transactions per year with an average sale price of about $300,000. I have a company of talented agents working alongside to support my efforts.
