Today, I achieved a personal milestone, and am now officially a real estate broker.

Passed my Louisiana State and National Broker's exams. Now to wait for the completion of the background check, and I will be officially an Independent Real Estate Broker. Will post here when it's all completed.

Professionalism goes out the window when money becomes an excuse for inactions, or indifference.

That is when hopefully you find an agent to assist with your needs who do not make it a priority where their main intentions are for financial gain. Helping you should be their first priority.

Also, when selecting a property manager, it's always good to enlist one who has proactivity as the most important goal. The day it becomes a bother for them, it's time to find one who prioritises customer service and responds to calls in a timely manner, rather than make excuses.
